Ryuta finished his fifth training session today.
He is now able to lift heavier weights and is becoming more aware of the muscles he is using ✨.
It will take some time for his appearance and numbers to change, but he's doing great!
Mizuki had one session each in May and June.
Due to time constraints, he is not able to train as frequently as he would like, but he has a clear goal of "making his shoulders bigger," so he is working hard toward that goal.
