a short yoga video i put together using some still photos. this a great core workout using some basic yoga balance moves.
this is going to work your stomach, back, butt, and legs.
as you do this be sure to find something on the floor in front of you to stare at...that will help keep you from falling over.
you also want to keep your stomach really tight for stabilization. focus on the lower part of the stomach, from the belly button down.
be sure to repeat it again on the other side..the video only shows one side!
