video number 2 in the series. this video is a pilates video. we are doing the 100's, a breathing exercise to work the stomach. we are going to be doing 10 sets of 5 breaths in through the nose followed by 5 breaths out through the mouth. exhales are forced breath out...using the lower part of the stomach to push the air out. keep the lower part of the stomach in tight to support the back. 3 different variations are on the video...each harder than the one before.
the audio and video are not synced up for some reason. i did this 4 times to try and get it right...i'm gonna be REALLY sore!..
