Opening three minutes to the animation Sesame.
The story is about two creatures stuck in a desert town trying to get by and trying to get out.
One of the characters is Chim Tweede, a native to the desert, made of clay with a fire that burns within him that is his life support. His people suffer oppression and decline at the hands of a great Empire from the South that has taken control of the desert to exploit its resources and make traveling to lands to the Northeast and Northwest possible.
Chim runs a small cafe and is very indebted to his landlord.
He has a hobby that was once common tradition of his people of burning various desert herbs in the fire at the center of his being. This is done by dropping the herb through a smooth tapered opening at the top of his head. Proper plants produce enjoyable experiences and at times Chim makes use of this hobby in his cafe to attract more customers.
The other character is Harold Dearg, a furry creature from outside the desert with a great deal of experience and even more stories under his belt. Beneath the curls of his fur a magic exists that allows him to have as many arms as he may wish and store a great number of objects.
In the beginning we find Harold rolling across the desert, wandering, lost, and Chim outside his town searching for herbs. The two encounter each other and Chim offers his water to the dehydrated mammal. Harold, in turn performs a bit for Chim to repay the gesture and to show that he has the gift of entertainment to offer should there be other goods, such as food and shelter to trade. Chim suggests Harold come to the town with him and two go off together. A friendship is then formed and Harold takes up work in Chiim's cafe as an evening performer, juggling and telling stories and singing for the customers. In this way they are able to slowly pay off Chim's debt.
