Taiwanese singer Leehom Wang borrowed ancient Chinese kunqu as well as Peking opera into mainstream hip hop. In this particular song, he collaborates with Taiwanese singer Ashin (Mayday), who wrote the lyrics. The background of the song is based on the old Chinese opera, The Peony Pavilion.
