I got my XM1541 cable in the mail today and hooked up one of my Panasonic Toughbooks to a 1541-II floppy. I tried using Linux first but the opencbm code required a kernel driver to be inserted and all kinds of nonsense. Sounded annoying. So I downloaded the Windows version. Which was almost as annoying, really. But it did finally work.
