Back in 2000, writer Micah Wright created Constant Payne to be his network's first original animated action/adventure series, but after the 9/11 terror attacks, the series was canceled. Here is the original pilot. Micah still owns the original copyrights to the series and hopes to someday set the show up at a different network.
