To start off, we look at a compelling example of grace from the film adaptation of Les Miserables and learn that grace goes beyond forgiveness and involves “giving the candlesticks”.Candlesticks This view of grace helps to move us beyond the view of something that was simply done for us to a view of grace as something that empowers and enables us to live a sinless life.
