I first published this as a supplement to the podcast The video is all about sweet stretches for the feet, especially if you happen to be a runner, a walker, or just on your feet all day long! Nothing too wacky! but incredibly helpful, do it once a week possibly or even whenever your feet are craving for some attention :)
