Italy travel: Rome, the Colosseum. This video begins our walking tour of the Colosseum. After a brief stop thru security, we walk under the supports of this huge amphitheater. You never see video of the supporting structure of the Colosseum. Naturally, these 2,000 year old arches had to be pretty massive to hold 45,000 to 50,000 spectators.
