Full Moon, Takuto, and Meroko are at a festival/fair. They run into, um, some rather extreme Full Moon fans (though for some reason I love these guys). Takuto reveals he can switch into a "true" human form and assumes the role of bodyguard against these guys. Then they go on a ... date!?
