A whole bunch of them came to his office. The congressman was at a secret location that couldn't be revealed (supposedly) for security reasons, and his senior staffers refused to meet with this group of constituents, but Betty the affable constituent service person was at least polite. Ah, well. The people tried to talk to their rep, anyway, which is kind of how this U.S. government thing is *supposed* to work.
