Two months after the fight with Dark Chun Li, Guile took a visit in Hong Kong while Chun Li rested at a hospital near the Military. Seeing what he is really up against, he started recruiting potential and willing participant of fighters. He heard of fighters near a party were street fighting over some sort of arguement. He went to check it out. Unfortunately for him, no one told him it was a "cat" fight.
