Democratic National Committee Chairman Governor Howard Dean addressed a crowd of about 850 outside Pepsi Center in Denver Colorado to celebrate the one year mark until the Democratic National Convention begins in Denver. In his remarks to the crowd, Gov. Dean told the crowd, "The road to the White House goes through the West."
