Democratic National Committee Chairman Governor Howard Dean addressed a crowd outside Pepsi Center in Denver to celebrate the one year mark until the Democratic National Convention begins in Denver. In his address to the 850 attendees, Gov. Dean told the crowd that, "The road to the White House goes through the West."
