YouTube has been ignoring users' complaints about threats made against other users, stalking, hate speech, etc. It's gotten so bad that the Better Business Bureau in the San Francisco Bay area (goldengatebbb.org) has set up a complaint file on YouTube. There are many avenues to take to report abuse, and the BBB site is just one more.
