There’s several places where you’ll be able to take advantage of this feature:
First of all…
When you click one of the filter keywords from the list, wherever a match occurred with respect to time you will see a blue vertical background spanning all charts. This visually links the info contained in the charts
You can filter the display to individual news sources and get the same visual effect.
Last but not least…
After you select a time range with your mouse, you can type in your own custom filter to find exactly what you’re interested in.
This new filter highlighting makes it easy see effect specific types of news have on stock price.
