Roseland, Indiana Police officer Jack Tiller used Roseland Councilman, David Snyder's head to open the door when ejecting him from a budget meeting, knocking Snyder unconscious at which time Tiller repeatedly punched Snyder in the face and the back of the head.
Councilman Ted Penn then lies about the incident.
