This film documents various projects implemented by the Works Progress Administration (WPA) in the 1930’s to improve the beautiful cities of West Virginia. Some of the notable places shown in the film are the Tri-County Airport in Clarksburg, the streets of Morgantown, and the buildings of Marshall College in Huntington.
