Writer-Director Jason Prugar's award-winning second film follows Troy, a college student in a bind. If he fails this semester, his father will stop paying for his education. With the help of some loyal friends, he plots to steal exam so he can stay in school and win the heart of a girl.
Prugar was named The Top 50 Up and Coming Filmmakers of 2002 at the NY International Independent Film and Video Festival by Anoo Cotter.
