Fight News Unlimited has been dragged into a free speech battle by the corporate bigwigs at Xyience. They claim Bergeron's true and accurate reporting about their shady, behind the scenes behavior is defamation. Bergeron's accounts relied on a few anonymous sources, but the bulk of his stories came from court documents in addition to witness testimony. Nonetheless, Xyience is now trying to sue for $25 million and to get Bergeron's stories off the net.
