With the E 320 Bluetec and the Vision GL 320 BLUETEC the starting shot was given for an initiative of Mercedes Benz at the Detroit Motor Show 2006, which is now again in USA in New York. Mercedes-Benz is underlining its commitment to the development of automobiles with emission-free fuel cell power units, making the diesel engine the cleanest diesel in the world by following up its successful Bluetec technology. Add-ons are the proverbial engine power, economy and range of Mercedes Benz diesel vehicles.
