Even though Julie was homeschooled, she had a neighbor that was her best friend and ended becoming her boyfriend, Will. After going out for awhile, Julie knew something was up with Will. He started to blow off her dates with him. When she finally made it to his summer camp to visit him, everything pieced itself together.
At the summer camp party, Julie caught Will kisses another girl named Gwen and walked out on him. She then knew it was time for her to leave and make it on her own.
Julie now is trying to explore the country all by herself, and will decided which side she chooses.
