This video documents Shogo Kuniba's Seishin Kai organization in the late 80's. Soke Kuniba performs Motobu ha Shito Ryu kata, Goshin Budo, Okinawan Kobudo and Mugai Ryu Iaido. Additionally, members of his school also demonstrate various training methods of the aforementioned.
