Secret passages, murder suspects, lying, cheating, and scheming populate this engaging and mysterious adventure. Holmes employs his deductive reasoning to its utmost, while the criminals deviously try to cover up their wrongdoings. A Study in Scarlet is orthodox Sherlock Holmes fun, and that’s a good thing.
