Chi-ching discovers a bloody corpse in a hotel room, the victim of a kidney theft. She sees another woman outside, whom she suspects is involved. The woman is Suen Ling, a medical researcher and former flame of Chi-ching's beau Tsui. Chi-ching soon starts receiving threatening calls that her kidney will be next to be stolen. The authorites do not believe Chi-ching, and her time is running out.
