Shanghai, China -- The art of preparing and serving tea is briefly explained by a “tea doctor” at A Place for Tea Art, the oldest tea house here. Tea was supposedly first discovered by Emperor Shennong in 2737 B.C., and the tea doctors demonstrate how a tea ceremony is performed the traditional way.
