Let’s face it, if we didn’t have to workout, we probably wouldn’t. But, once you start to get results you will not feel complete without it. A good workout program provides us many benefits that helps us to have a better out look on our lives. The good news is to acquire these benefits and a better attitude towards your life doesn’t require a lot of time. A good course of action is to commit to at least three workouts per week. The key to success is consistence. Once you get into a consistent three times a week you will probably want to add another day and make that day an easier one. It is ok to have a hard workout then your next can be moderate and the third easier. Give yourself permission to back off the intensity of your workout if that is what it takes to keep you consistent and motivated.
