This is Nicole Bobeks (1995 US champion, WCH bronze medalist) 1998 US nat short program to the music "Zorba the Greek". It was a great comeback for Nicole after the very dramatic year 1997, and the last time she skated that well in amateur competition. It's also the last SP at the US nationalls in her amateur career... She placed 2nd after this round of competition, behind Michelle Kwan. (I'll post the FP soon) ^_^
P.S. Nicole had an extraordinary talent, incredible flexibility and a unique presence on the ice... If only she had just as amazing mental skills...
