Surprise, surprise, the mayor is raising property taxes to pay for city services because he doesn't have enough money to run Toronto. How much is the city's budget? He could have cut out a whole bunch of perks that city councillors receive - that would have saved a ton of money, but instead they decided to raise taxes. I wish I was a city councilor.
