MAKATI CITY, Philippines--Militant groups march to Paseo de Roxas in Makati for the anti-Arroyo rally on Friday. Around 9,000 protesters converged near the Ninoy Aquino Monument to call for Arroyo's resignation in light of the ZTE-national broadband network scandal.
