While its debated whether Chicago was given the nickname "The windy city" due to the winds off Lake Michigan or the winds out of the mouths of its politicians... here on the Lake Shore, we do get a lot of strong breezes blowing.
The first few seconds of the video are a little poor, but a bit into it you see a dumpster lid being blown open and falling closed by the winds.
