Three dimwitted photographers get sent to Vulgaria to take pictures of a new death ray machine. Unknown to the stooges, the penalty for snapping pictures in Vulgaria is death. The stooges manage to escape a firing squad but get carried away(literally) by the Vulgarian army in the end. 1941
