I've had tons of uploading issues in Taiwan. I couldn't upload the videos while I was in Taiwan, and it was such a huge disappointment. When I got back to Hawaii, I found out that it was my computer firewall. It was Kapersky Internet Security 7.0 that was the problem. It screwed up my uploading, and now I'm terribly backed up.
