You're character is most likely going to be used in a comic or fan fic with a few other people, so you're character
will have to be paired with characters other than:
Gaara, Sasuke uchiha and Neji hyuuga. Sorry.
Secondly, you're character CAN be from a specific clan, like the Hyuuga's or Uchiha's(You just better have a really good explanation on how they survived the tragedy of the Uchiha's xD)
