A pair of Carolina wrens built a nest in a box on my enclosed porch and they had to go through the doorway which I left open a few inches. Now, they had finished the nest and the female laid a few eggs and she goes out to get food and comes back to keep the eggs warm. One day, while she was on the nest, I saw the male come with a snack for her and he spoke to her (chirped) before leaving. That, however, I did not get on film.
