Referring to Picasso’s painting of his son Paul, in Paul Drawing (Musée Picasso Paris) and Matisse’s The Piano Lesson (MoMA, Museum of Modern Art) which includes a portrait of his son Pierre, both imaginative and unusual insights are obtained when these works are considered alongside the child portraiture of Petar Tale.
Tale’s refreshing spontaneity and sheer humanity are eloquently emphasised. Written and narrated by Janet Wilson. Directed by Magnus Hoerthe. More on http://www.talemuseum.com.
