Rep. Pashinskiâs is not that far off when comparing casinos to amusement parks, the only difference is, casinos donât have any safety belts, or cages on their rides. In other words, there is no consumer protection. Now is the time to make our billion dollar casino operators adapt to real safeguards that will protect todayâs and future generations who now live a short distance from a casino from picking up this bad habit.
