'Total Risk from Dominitch' I think refers to a document written by a Larry Dominitch relating to USA and China. Just google, Larry Dominitch, USA and China to find the document to which I think this voice is referring.
I will just make a compilation of evp's in the future, where the voice is clearly audible. It sounds like my voice, but it isn't me.
Until, I downloaded this onto my computer, I had never even heard of the name, 'Dominitch'
