Mr. Gary Libby gives a talk on the Chinese of Maine at the 26th April 2005 meeting of the Androscoggin Historical Society meeting at Auburn, Maine.
Gary W. Libby is a native of Portland and a graduate of the Portland Public Schools. He graduated from the University of Maine in Portland with a degree in Political Science and earned a law degree from Duke University
He was a member of the first Board of Directors of Legal Services for the Elderly. He served nine years as a board member of the Maine Historical Society and is currently a board member of the Chinese and American Friendship Association of Maine.
