So, In the late 90's, Rudy Ray Moore decided he needed some money or something and redubbed an old kung-fu movie and cut it together with some weird shots of him wandering around the forest and commenting on stuff. It's about as weird as movie gets. The kung-fu movie itself is Ninja: The Final Duel, and is pretty rediculous in its own right. Enjoy.
