Martin Nuñez is sent off by the referee in a decision that seems to be completely counter to the USSF Advice to Referees section 13.6 "Ball in Play". It appears that Nuñez believed the Thunder player put the ball in play with his foot but the referee deemed that not the case. The Advice to Referee states clearly -- "referees should not unfairly punish...when an opponent was clearly confused by a touch and a movement"
