This is from a special H!M episode filmed on Hokkaido back in 2002, or better, two episodes. It was HiTsuji's debut, Tsuji appeared in this character in some old Hello! Morning Theater too, hope I'll find that one of these days... Anyway, this is the first part of 5 appearances this character had in the two episodes (2002.09.21 and 2002.08.11 and 2002.08.18) filmed on Hokkaido. Funny stuff.
