Currently (until Sept. 9, 2008), the Vitra Design Museum is showing an exhibition that aims at telling the story of Dubai from a cultural angle. Together with the exhibition âLiving under the Crescent Moonâ the exhibition âDubai Next: Face of 21st Century Cultureâ, being located in Zaha Hadidâs Firestation at the Vitra Campus, complements the museumâs focus on Arab domestic and contemporary culture in 2008. The exhibition, a cooperation between the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority and the Vitra Design Museum, has been curated by Rem Koolhaas and Jack Persekian.
