After a hard battle with Needleman, Dr. Light informs Megaman that Rush Jet is done and that now he'll have an easier time in Magnetman's area. Megaman got happy because he really, REALLY hates disappearing blocks. Oh, and that mysterious red robot shows up to fight Megaman again.
