The new robots that Dr. Light and Dr. Wily have gone berserk and it's Megaman's duty to stop them! Megaman decides to start with Topman because he looks like the weakest of the 8, along the way he'll have to jump a lot, destroy robots and some giant robot cat things that attack you with their hairballs and fleas o_O
