Because the legend of Bruce Lee is still shrouded in mystery and dark suspicions a tv-reporter goes investigating. During his search he stumbles onto a KungFu tournament in which the combatants battle for the title of "succesor to Bruce Lee". While at the tournament he comes upon the trail of the Touch of Death, the lethal KungFu technique whith which Bruce Lee was probably murdered.
