Since 2003 Intel California Corporate Affairs has provided financial assistance and consultative leadership to support school districts in San Diego, the Bay Area and the Sacramento region to develop new approaches and share best practices for teaching elementary school math. The effort has focused on professional development for administrators and teachers which has been reflected through an improvement in studentsâ math comprehension and test scores.
