Thunderbolt is speed, fun and excitement! Raging Thunder's Reef Rafting vessel has been specifically designed for the ocean condition on the Great Barrier Reef.
The half day morning tour is only available Saturday and Sundays departing Cairns at 9.30am and returning to Cairns around 2pm.
Thunderbolt 1 is one of a kind, travelling at 80 kilometres an hour, it is the first of a new generation of high speed reef boats which combines the speed of smaller light-weight run abouts operated by the Navy and Army assault units, with the sea going safety of an offshore patrol vessel.
