"Land of Commandment" "Kairitsu no Kuni" (戒律の国)
The story changes perspectives. Noa, Zed's friend, is now the protagonist. Noa is also transported to the other world, but he ends up in a different country: Neotopia. There, he is taken in by a man named Carter and his wife. He also becomes close to Aisha and Kis, childhood friends of Carter's son, Gale.
